Join us for an evening with Hedonist Wines of McLaren Vale with winemaker Tom Hicks. He will guide us thorugh their range of wines in true Australian style - over BBQ in a very relaxed fashion.   Hedonist is famous for his big, meaty reds so there will likely not be any sort of pushback in terms of the food and wine matching. Of particular note will be the vertical of Hedonist shiraz as well as their two Italian varietals which is raising eyebrows everywhere... Join us for a very casual romp through three distinct sets of champagne styles. We will be pitting Billiecart in a blind throwdown against our top selling single grower champagnes. The past few years have seen something of an explosion in single grower availability in the market and given that the pricing is nearing parity between the two categories its time to settle the score.   Just to make it a little more interesting we will do them in three flights of four.
